Drive organizational efficiency by supporting strategic planning, process design, and cross-functional coordination to align teams with mission-critical goals.
Responsibility
Conduct operational research and data analysis. Support OKR tracking and performance dashboards. Assist in designing scalable workflows. Collaborate with department leads on strategy execution.
Requirement
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Familiarity with strategy frameworks or ops tools (Notion, Asana, Airtable). Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
